Description
Compabloc Free Flow:

Alfa Laval compabloc free flow is a compact reactor condenser with extremely high heat transfer efficiency, which is designed for the high health requirements of the pharmaceutical industry and modern API production. The perfect combination of hygienic design, ultra-high performance, low operating cost and fast installation ensures patient safety, reliable uptime and production efficiency.

Operating principle:
There are two types of compabloc free flow steam coolers. Its core is a stack of corrugated heat transfer plates made of stainless steel or alloy C22, which are alternately welded together to form channels. The steam and cooling medium flow through alternate channels to condense the steam on the cold plate. The wide free flow channel produces a very low pressure drop, making the product an ideal choice for deep vacuum condensation tasks. On the coolant side, the baffle guides the cooling medium back and forth through the channel to enhance turbulence and thermal efficiency.
The entire plate assembly can slide into a steel frame bolted to the pressure retaining head. The four removable panels contain inlet and outlet connections, allowing easy access to all product wetted surfaces.

Two pass condenser

When the steam contains a large proportion of inert gas, the two-way type can be used. Main condensation occurs during the first stroke, during which the condensable portion of the steam condenses on the plate before being discharged through the inclined drainable bottom plate. Non condensable steam will pass through the second stroke during which they are supercooled to maximize condensation. The turbulence in the second stroke helps to eliminate fog and easily draws vacuum from the outlet of the second stroke. When using the two-way condenser, no additional steam separator is required because the separation is carried out in the equipment

One way condenser

When the steam contains less inert gas, the one-way condenser is suitable. Steam enters through the large inlet on the top plate and condenses on the plate. The condensate is discharged through an inclined drainable bottom plate.

Brand:
Acme has been engaged in the research and development, testing, production, manufacturing and sales of heat exchanger equipment as a professional manufacturer, with a plant area of 10000 square meters. At present, it has a professional production line of complete machines, plates and rubber strips, hundreds of sets of plate molds of various models of heat exchangers and thousands of sets of rubber pad molds of world-class brands. It can not only meet the different use requirements of various complete machine users, but also provide the majority of plate heat exchanger users with various plates, rubber pads and maintenance services from foreign manufacturers.
