Plate and shell heat exchanger is basically the combination of shell and tube and plate heat exchanger, that is, the original round tube plate bundle is replaced by plate and tube. It not only inherits the structure of some shell and tube heat exchangers and plate and shell heat exchangers, but also inherits some of their advantages, namely, high efficiency and compactness, high heat exchange efficiency, small end temperature difference, low pressure, saving floor space, saving engineering and equipment installation costs, and saving device operation costs. Design principle and structural features:

The principle is that the corrugated plate group welded by laser is put into the shell to replace the heat exchange tube of the original shell and tube heat exchanger. The new heat exchanger with the plate group as the heat transfer element is mainly composed of plate group and shell. The cold pressed plates are welded by laser to form a plate group with two different medium flow channels. Fluid a passes through the flow passage on the plate side, and fluid B passes through the flow passage on the shell side.
