Design principle and structural features:

The principle is that the corrugated plate group welded by laser is put into the shell to replace the heat exchange tube of the original shell and tube heat exchanger. The new heat exchanger with the plate group as the heat transfer element is mainly composed of plate group and shell. The cold pressed plates are welded by laser to form a plate group with two different medium flow channels. Fluid a passes through the flow passage on the plate side, and fluid B passes through the flow passage on the shell side. It combines the advantages of plate and tube heat exchangers, making it more widely used in the field of heat exchange.
